Sample through 8 different grape varieties and learn what makes each major grape unique including their flavors, history, and reasons for becoming popular! Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling whites, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel and Syrah for the reds. Topics covered include the importance of the barrels, DNA Clones, geographic success, marketing methods and much more. You'll leave with a new appreciation for wine's depth and presence. public events can be made in person, via e-mail, or by calling us.

for the two locations this website serves. Due to the private and limited space offered by Salut! Wine Co. for special events, and to ensure the proper foods and wines are prepared for each individual guest, we take reservations for all sit-down events, and ask for prepayment for these reservations up to a month ahead of the event. Unpaid reservations are
accepted, but payment is required to continue holding seats when/if the
event is sold to capacity. In the event we are unable to contact
you for payment when an event reaches capacity, the requested seat(s)
will be forfeited to any guests on a waiting list able to pre-pay for
their reservation. |
